Postage and Returns

All items are handmade by myself in my small studio in my home town of Brixham, South Devon.

I have a rough turnaround time of 2-3 weeks but I generally get items posted out much quicker than this. If you need an item for a specifit date please dont hesitate to contact me before you place an order to see if I can meet you needs, it is usually not a problem.

All items are posted using Royal mail tracked 48 or 24 depending on which service you choose at checkout.

All items that have be customised, have personal names on them are non refundable but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, with photo evidence I will happily send out a replacement or give you a refund.

If an item is not customised but you have changed your mind then I'll happliy accept returns but the return postage will be down to you to pay. Once the item have been received by myself and has been returned in a saleable condition I will then issue a refund.
